A fish shooting game is a slot turned sideways: instead of one stake per spin, you pay a stake for every bullet. The cannon level sets that stake, fish of different sizes pay different multiples, and boss and jackpot fish sit at the top of the paytable. MERRYPH’s Fishing tab holds 225 titles built on this idea. How a fish shooting game turns bullets into pesos
- You choose a cannon level. It fixes the stake per shot.
- You fire. The stake is taken whether the shot hits or misses.
- A fish falls. It returns its paytable multiple, measured against the bullet that brought it down.
- Special targets. Boss fish, bonus wheels and jackpot fish carry the bigger multiples, each described in the game’s rules.

Budget a session by shots, not pesos
The same ₱200 lasts very differently depending on the cannon. The table uses round example stakes; your game shows its own levels:

Problem: raising the cannon after a boss fish appears. Fix: a boss on screen does not change what your balance can afford. Keep the level you planned, or decide in advance how many higher-level shots you will allow.
Ocean King Jackpot: what people mean by ocean king
Search for ocean king and you usually mean JILI’s Ocean King Jackpot, which sits under the JILI tile in the Fishing tab. JILI’s page describes it this way:
- A Halloween theme, with fish such as a Rock Skeleton and a Vampire.
- Bonus rounds that can climb to 3,000x the stake.
- A vampire multiplier mode up to X5.
- A jackpot pool that JILI ties to the size of the bet.
Its max-win field simply reads “Jackpot”, so no top multiple can be quoted.
Jackpot fishing titles worth comparing
Several titles carry a jackpot in their name. If you liked Ocean King Jackpot, these are the closest relatives in the lobby:

Find the cost of one shot
Open the game, set the lowest cannon level and read the stake per shot on screen. Every other number in your plan starts from this one.

Work out your shot count
Divide your session budget by that cost. ₱200 at ₱1 per shot is 200 shots; write the number down.

Fire in short bursts
Shoot in bursts of 20 or so, then check your balance against your shot count. Raising the cannon level shortens the session, so do it only on purpose.
