PAGCOR Online Casino List: Where It Lives and How to Read an Entry

By MERRYPH Editorial Team

  • 21+ only
Every shelf here is meant for readers 21 or older, the minimum casino age set in the Philippines. Under 21? Then none of this is for you.
  • Checked against PAGCOR's list
PAGCOR's published lists dated 29 October 2026 do not name MERRYPH or merryi24ph.vip. We say so plainly; you can search the same PDF yourself.
  • Buttons open 76JL
Each PLAY NOW, REGISTER and LOGIN button sends you to 76JL, the partner we work with, via a tracked link, and never to MERRYPH's lobby. Glance at the address bar after the tap.

The PAGCOR online casino list is less a list than a spreadsheet printed as a PDF, and it rewards a slow read. Once you know its nine columns, any brand takes about a minute to check. This page covers where the file lives, what each column records, how often it changes, and what to make of a name that never appears.

Where the PAGCOR online casino list lives

Both PDFs hang off one page on pagcor.ph, the one for PAGCOR’s Electronic Gaming Licensing Department. The longer one, the List of PAGCOR-Accredited Gaming System Administrators and Registered Brands and Domain Names/URLs, ran to 15 pages and entries 1 to 57 in its edition dated 29 October 2026. The shorter companion lists registered brands and domains of licensed casinos, the integrated resorts, on 2 pages with the same date.

Most online brands sit in the longer file. Resort-run brands sit in the shorter one, so search both before concluding anything.

Reading one entry, column by column

Column headingHow to read it
NO.The entry number in this edition only
Gaming system administratorThe accredited company running the platform
Game offeringCategories such as Specialty Games, Sports Betting, Electronic Casino Games or Electronic Bingo Games
Main brand (max of 1)The headline brand
Root wordThe word the administrator’s brands share
Sub brand (max of 6)The administrator’s other brands
Main domainThe main brand’s web address
Sub-domainAddresses for the sub-brands
Additional URLExtra hosts, often app or mirror addresses

Read the row from left to right. A brand name in the middle columns means little until the domain columns show the host you are actually on.

How often it changes

  1. Editions are dated in the title line. The two latest were 20 October and 29 October 2026.
  2. Entry numbers can move when rows are added or removed, so quote the number with its date.
  3. A mobile app is planned. PAGCOR said in October 2026 that a player-facing app to spot licensed platforms should arrive by December 2026.

Between editions, pagcorguarantee.ph is the faster cross-check: it lists authorized websites under filters such as Electronic Casino Games, Sports Betting and Licensed Casinos.

What a missing brand means

Take MERRYPH as a worked example. Both PDFs dated 29 October 2026 were searched for merry, merryi24ph, l3merry7ph and bet44f4, covering root word, lobby host, tenant domain and tenant code, and none matched in any column; the October 20 edition gave the same result. The lobby contradicts itself too: Curaçao in the laptop footer, PAGCOR in the phone footer.

An absence like that is not a court ruling. It does mean three practical things: there is no accreditation to quote, PAGCOR’s exclusion programme does not reach the site (see the PAGCOR self exclusion walkthrough), and the age and eligibility rules still bind you either way, as our legal age for online betting page sets out.

Red flags to watch for

  • A screenshot of “the list”. Only the PDF on pagcor.ph counts; cropped images are easy to edit.
  • A listed brand on an unlisted host. The domain column decides, letter by letter.
  • A certificate image. PAGCOR’s notice names sites producing counterfeit certificates.
  • A PAGCOR logo in a footer and nowhere else. PAGCOR’s June 2026 warning named offshore sites that borrow its logo and invent licences to pass as regulated.

The words printed on lists and lobbies get plain meanings in the casino terms glossary, and more reading sits on the casino blog shelf. Our LOGIN button leads to 76JL, a partner platform; the login door comparison explains both routes.

How to Get Started

  1. Download the current PDF

Download the file from pagcor.ph and check the edition date printed in its title line before quoting anything from it.

  2. Search twice

Run a find-in-page for the brand name, then repeat it for the exact host you are visiting.

  3. Read across the whole row

Go left to right from administrator to additional URL, and note the entry number together with the list date.

Worth knowing first: the shelf buttons (PLAY NOW, REGISTER, LOGIN) lead to 76JL, a partner platform we work with, by way of a tracked link. They do not open MERRYPH's own lobby, which sits at merryi24ph.vip. merryphhub.com may earn a commission if you sign up with 76JL.

Questions readers ask about this one

Where is the PAGCOR online casino list?

On pagcor.ph, linked from the Electronic Gaming Licensing Department page. There are two PDFs: the accredited administrators list and a shorter list for licensed casinos, both dated 29 October 2026 at the last read.

How often does the list change?

PAGCOR reissues it without a fixed schedule. Editions dated 20 October and 29 October 2026 appeared nine days apart, so always quote the date with any entry number.

What if a brand is not on it?

Then there is no PAGCOR accreditation on record for that name and domain. Exclusion through PAGCOR also covers only PAGCOR-licensed sites, so an unlisted lobby sits outside that safety net.

Is pagcorguarantee.ph the same thing?

It is PAGCOR's searchable register of authorized sites, live since 18 June 2025. Use it as a second check after the PDF.
