Pusoy online is Chinese poker with the dealing and scoring automated: 13 cards each, three poker hands to build, and every hand compared with the matching hand of each rival. The one decision that matters is how you split your cards, made once per round. Get the order right and the rest is arithmetic. Below are the setup, the scoring idea, and what to read before staking on JILI’s Pusoy Go.

How pusoy online works: 13 cards, three hands

Four players each get 13 cards from a 52-card deck. You set them into three hands, and the order is strict:

HandCardsRule
Back (bottom)5strongest of the three
Middle5weaker than or equal to the back
Front (top)3weakest; only high card, pairs or three of a kind count

Standard poker rankings apply to the five-card hands. A three-card front can hold three of a kind at most, since straights and flushes need five cards in most rule sets.

Problem: a middle hand that outranks your back fouls the whole arrangement.

Fix: before you confirm the split, check that the back beats or ties the middle and the middle beats or ties the front.

Scoring, and the special hands

Scoring runs as three separate comparisons with each rival:

  1. Back hands, compared head to head.
  2. Middle hands, compared the same way.
  3. Front hands last, three cards each.

Winning a comparison earns a unit; losing one costs a unit. Many tables add a bonus for sweeping all three against one player.

A quick example: against one rival you take the back and the middle but drop the front. That is two units won and one lost, a net gain of one, before any sweep or special-hand bonus.

Some rule sets also pay out for special arrangements dealt straight away, such as a 13-card straight or six pairs. Which ones count, and what each pays, differs from table to table. Pusoy Go writes its own list into the game’s rules screen, so read that rather than relying on a rule you learned at home.

Pusoy Go in the lobby

The lobby’s phone home screen shows Pusoy Go in a row labelled JILI Poker, with Tongits Go, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, Andar Bahar and Blackjack beside it. It is one of JILI’s player-versus-player titles grouped under the arcade list. Because “pusoy” can also mean Pusoy Dos, a different shedding game, the first rules screen tells you which format you are about to play.

A curator’s pairing: if you like Pusoy for its one big decision per round, try Tongits online rules for a game where you decide on every turn instead. And if you are wondering why some games feel streaky, what hit frequency measures explains the slot-side version of the same idea.

Red flags to watch for

  • Group chats selling “pusoy cheats” or card-reading apps. Each round is dealt fresh; paying for a trick only costs you money and account safety.
  • Private rooms that want stakes sent to a personal wallet. Stakes come from your own account balance inside the game.
  • No visible age gate. Anyone under 21 is shut out of online gaming by PAGCOR; a room that never asks your age is a warning in itself.
  • Unclear legal footing. Online card rooms sit under the same rules as other online gaming; the legal status of online gambling in PH sets out what applies.

How to Get Started

  1. Build the back hand first

Put your strongest five cards at the back, then the next five in the middle. The three left over form the front.

  2. Check the order before you lock in

Rank check before you confirm: back ≥ middle ≥ front in poker strength. Any other order fouls the whole set.

  3. Read Pusoy Go's scoring screen

Points per hand, bonuses for special hands and the timer are set by the game. Read them before a real-money round.

Questions readers ask about this one

How many cards does each Pusoy player hold?

Thirteen each, from a 52-card deck shared by four players. You arrange them once into a 3-card front, a 5-card middle and a 5-card back.

What happens if my hands are in the wrong order?

In common rules the arrangement is fouled, and you lose against every rival on all three hands. Some online versions block an illegal order outright; check Pusoy Go's own screen.

Is Pusoy the same as Pusoy Dos?

No. Pusoy Dos is a shedding game where you try to empty your hand first; Pusoy (Chinese poker) is about setting three ranked hands. Open Pusoy Go's rules screen to see which format it uses.

Where is Pusoy Go in the lobby?

On the phone home screen it sits in the JILI Poker row next to Tongits Go, and it is part of JILI's player-versus-player titles in the arcade list.
